Your team runs what we deliver.

Working sessions, short guides, recorded walkthroughs. Part of any project, or on its own.

Sound familiar?

  • The last vendor left and took the knowledge with them.
  • One person knows how the system works, and they are on holiday.
  • New hires learn by watching, when someone has time.
  • The test framework exists. Nobody writes tests.
  • The tool is paid for and half used.

What we do

Handoff sessions

Two working sessions with the people who will run it, at their desks, on their data.

Written runbooks

Short, numbered, with the three things that go wrong most and what to do.

Recorded walkthroughs

Ten to fifteen minutes, so the next hire learns it without a meeting.

Testing practice for engineers

How to write tests that fail for real reasons, inside the framework you have.

Tool onboarding

The software you pay for, taught around your actual work, not the vendor's demo.

Instructional design

A defined audience, a learning objective, and material built to meet it: guides, lessons, practice questions graded in place.

How a training project runs

We agree the audience, the objective, and the format first. Then we build the material around your actual work, run the sessions, record the walkthrough, and leave the guide. One to two weeks for a handoff; longer for a designed course.

We co-founded a technology school that taught about a thousand engineers, and we built Panjera, a learning platform where questions are graded in place. We have done this before.

Learning, built as a product

Panjera is our own learning platform: interactive books, narration, questions graded in place, and a tutor that answers only from the book. It is the same thinking we bring to a runbook for a front desk.

Questions people ask

Can training be part of a software project?
Yes, and it usually should be. The handoff is designed from the first week.
Do you train on tools you did not build?
Yes, when the tool is one we know. We say so plainly if it is not.
How long does a handoff take?
Two sessions and a recording, inside one to two weeks. A designed course takes longer and gets its own scope.

Name the tool, the process, or the practice. We tell you what a handoff would look like.
