Privacy notice

Dev Fusion Lab ("Dev Fusion Lab", "we") uses the information you give us through this website to reply to you, arrange calls, and run engagements you ask us to do. Questions about this notice, or a request about your information, can be sent to info@devfusionlab.com.

What you give us

When you send a message or book a call, we receive your name, your email address, what you wrote about your project, and any optional details you chose to add, such as a company name, a budget range, or a start date. If we go on to work together, we also handle the proposal, agreement, and billing information that work requires.

Please don't put passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential files in the contact form. We'll arrange a secure way to share project materials when they're needed.

How we use it

To reply to you. To schedule and manage calls. To prepare proposals and agreements. To communicate about work we've agreed to do. To send invoices and record payments. To keep the site secure. To keep the business records the law requires.

Booking connects to our calendar. You never have to give us access to yours.

Who else handles it

Our website and communications run on service providers for hosting, email, scheduling, video calls, and payment processing.

Our site is hosted on Google Cloud in the United States. Booking uses Google Calendar and Google Meet. Email is sent through our email provider. Each one receives only what its function needs, under that provider's terms.

Analytics

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Contact and booking work without any tracking.

How long we keep it

Messages that don't lead to an engagement are deleted 12 months after our last contact. Spam is deleted after 30 days. Operational logs are kept for 90 days with personal details removed. Records tied to an agreement, an invoice, or a payment are kept for as long as business and legal requirements say they must be.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@devfusionlab.com. Some records have to be kept, and we'll tell you which ones and why.

Changes

When our practices or this site change, we'll update this notice and the date at the top.
