Four capabilities. One team.
Most businesses buy these from three or four vendors and coordinate them alone. We do all four, and the same people who build the software connect your systems, write the captions, and teach your team to run it.
Software and QA
A customer portal, an internal tool, a new product, or a release nobody trusts. We design it around how your people work, build it, and ship it with the tests that prove it. This site and the workspace behind it are built the same way.
- Portals, internal tools, products and AI features
- Tests that run in your pipeline and fail for real reasons
- Source, documentation and deployment in your own accounts
Automation and IT
Inquiries land in three inboxes. Someone re-types the estimate, chases the approval, and fixes the printer on the way. We connect the steps so work moves on its own, and keep the everyday technology running on scheduled hours. Booking a call on this site works that way: a visitor picks a time, the calendar is checked, the record is saved, the confirmation goes out.
- Forms, inboxes, spreadsheets, calendars and accounting, connected through their APIs
- A record of who did what, and a failure that is visible instead of silent
- Scheduled remote IT for named devices and accounts, with a runbook
Media and content
The kitchen you finished last month, the fix nobody else could make, the advice you give every customer. We turn real work into photos, clips, and posts: captioned in your voice, approved by you, scheduled where your customers look.
- The whole space, one detail, one step of the process, and an invitation
- Nothing posts before you say so
- Clips up to 30 seconds, and a capture session when you want fresh footage
Training
Two working sessions at their desks on their data, a short written guide with the three things that go wrong most, and a recorded walkthrough for the next hire. We co-founded a technology school that taught about a thousand engineers, and we built Panjera, a learning platform where questions are graded in place.
- Handoff sessions, runbooks and recorded walkthroughs
- Testing practice for engineers, inside the framework you have
- Instructional design for a defined audience and objective
Your first project with us
Every engagement starts with one scoped project: two to eight weeks, a fixed price in writing, and something real to judge us on. Monthly support is optional and comes after, never before.
Content and inquiry pilot
Four captioned posts from one finished, approved project, one format each
10 business days
A release your team can trust
An assessment of the flows customers depend on and the changes that keep breaking
2 to 4 weeks
One workflow, connected end to end
The current process mapped with the people who run it
2 to 3 weeks
A customer portal, first usable slice
One kind of user and one job done well: submit a request and see its status
4 to 8 weeks
A handoff your people can follow
The audience, the objective and the format agreed first
1 to 2 weeks
When you want a steady rhythm
Core and Growth bundle a monthly content plan, upkeep of the workflows we built, and scheduled remote IT time. Priced in your written quote. You can stop at the end of any month.
Core
For a business with usable photos and one inquiry handoff that needs to stay reliable.
Growth
For a business that wants fresh footage every month and a second workflow kept in shape.
What the words mean
An asset
One approved creative concept with its caption and agreed export. Resizing or cross-posting the same creative does not add an asset. A clip is up to 30 seconds with simple cuts and captions, and counts within the twelve.
A workflow
One trigger, up to two standard actions, and at most two of your existing systems through supported connectors. The first one is usually an inquiry reaching the right person. New workflows and custom code are their own scope.
Remote IT hours
Routine software, account, and device help for named people during weekday business hours. Diagnosis counts. Emergency cover, security assurance, and hardware warranty do not.
A revision round
One collected list of changes to the agreed concepts. A new concept, a reshoot, or a changed offer is a change request with its own price.
Bring the problem as it is. We will tell you plainly which capability it needs and what a first scope looks like.
